Returns

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with Encanto Hair Systems products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions for returning the product. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping costs.
