Our Story
My name is Alejandra Frazier and I'm originally from Sinaloa, Mexico. My journey in the beauty world began when I was 26 years old, a single mother with the responsibility of providing for and educating my daughter, I entered this industry where I discovered my passion and love for beauty. I got married and emigrated to the United States, where I trained and opened my own salon, which I named "Hair By Alejandra”.
Having worked in the industry for over 20 years, I realized the needs of my clients' hair, so my family and I decided to create our own hair care line. That's how Encanto Hair Systems was born, a company dedicated to ensuring that every ingredient in our products is not only vegan but also of high quality and non-damaging to the hair. We are a company built on loyalty, respect, and trust.

Mi nombre es Alejandra Frazier y soy originaria de Sinaloa, México. Mi historia en el mundo de la belleza empieza cuando yo tenía 26 años, siendo madre soltera y con una responsabilidad de crear y educar a mi hija, inicié en esta industria donde descubrí mi pasión y el amor por la belleza. Me casé y emigré a Estados Unidos donde me preparé y abrí mi propio salón y lo llamé “Hair By Alejandra”.
Trabajando en la industria por más de 20 años me di cuenta de las necesidades en el cabello de las clientas, así que mi familia y yo decidimos crear nuestra propia línea de cuidado del cabello y fue así como nació Encanto Hair Systems, una empresa donde nos preocupamos por que cada ingrediente de nuestros productos aparte de ser veganos sean de alta calidad y no sean dañinos para el cabello. Somos una empresa formada con lealtad, respeto, y confianza.
